Kusuriuri, the drug lord from the series "Mononoke" (Toei '07), taking a bit of rest between the episodes ^_^

The curious ghost who seems to love peeping at sleeping men through the window, is originally from the classical Japanese drawing by Yoshitoshi (1839-1892). Some people believe it could as well be just the Moon and two door knobs O|O
Who knows, those ghosts...

Either way , please enjoy! ^_^

I don't remember if I already commented this one or not but anyway, I really want to say I like a lot this Japanese style you transcribed here. It is very well done and beautiful ! <3 I really love all the colours you chose and the patterns on the outfit and background. I also love his face a lot and find the composition very beautiful and original ! I like it very much !

Thank you so much! ^-^ The Japanese style I actually tried to copy from the anime itself as it's very unusually stylized, it's very unlike any other anime I've seen. Not the characters themselves but the way they're shaded and what post-effects are used is very unusual. It sort of produces the effect of being made of the Japanese "washi" paper, which is a paper that has colorful patterns printed on it, so you can cut this paper of different patterns and make pictures using the pieces. Anyways, I'm very happy that you enjoyed this picture so much! ^.^

^-^ You're very welcome ! It is a very beautiful illustration and I find this particular style very attractive ! It changes from what you are used to do and I find it very pretty. I bet this anime you mentioned was very original and unique.

Yup, it's very original, it's called "Mononoke" (not to be confused with Miyazaki's "Mononoke Hime"). Here I found part 1 of episode 1 for you: [link] - here you can also see this stylization I was talking about X3
